Since June of 2024, the RTA Interim Board has met monthly and collaborated with volunteers, landowners, and the Upper Valley Trails Alliance to organize trail work and reroutes along the Cross Rivendell Trail. During this time, the Interim Board also completed two successful fundraising campaigns and updated key administrative processes, including revising the bylaws and mission statement to reflect how the organization operates today.
The RTA is now well-positioned to transition from an interim board to an official board. Therefore, the main business of this meeting will be to vote in the Board of Directors and slate of Officers, and to vote on the updated bylaws and mission statement.
